New Metrics Dashboard Created - First Metric - "Game Reports Due"

New Metrics Dashboard created to help us manage turning in game reports.  With a new system, it is important that we are capturing data from each game.  We have asked data to be loaded with a target of 24hrs from game time.  This is especially important (as noted above) because we are exporting data to CIF Central Section.

Data uploaded twice a week to our datatables which is then processed into reports.

If you find that you've submitted a report and it's not reflected on the graph, send me a email and I'll look into it for you.  Include referee, game date and game #.

 Team, thank you again for the adoption of and helping ramp up our successful implementation of the process.  More of the referees have signed into the system, game reports are being loaded into the system, and data is flowing well into reporting dashboard.
