Week #1 in Review - Rollout of Purple Card

Purple Card Policy

* Week of 11/13: Introductions only on purple card, ask if coaches have discussed with ADs, get general feedback from coaches, meet with games administrator and ask if ADs have outline responsibilities - please add comments to Overall Match Notes to document review

* Go Live week of 11/20 - all policies in place

* Final Athletic Director / Team Official Purple Card Policy document completed: 

* Working on spectator policy summary: 

* CCAA board will be translating to Spanish (Spectator Policy)

* Please note REFEREE is required to submit game reports within 24hrs of game start time.  Includes game information, behavior assessment of coaches and spectators, and match incident-misconduct.

* pushed update on web app

* problems with a few logins - found error in login page - troubleshot and re-programmed login page - tested and working

* If you haven’t registered for program, please do so.

* on first registration, you will be sent a confirmation email, please click link to accept.

* For the few of you who have entered data, please check to make sure all data is correct - send me an email with problems and I’ll work to correct.

* working on reporting program now and should have link next week

* Report#1: Metric % of game reports turned in

* Have communicated data collection to COF central section office - will be sending data to them next week.

 Team, thank you again for the adoption of and helping ramp up our successful implementation of the process.  More of the referees have signed into the system, game reports are being loaded into the system, and data is flowing well into reporting dashboard.
